Ordering your House Number Sign from Poseidon Design could not be easier. The following takes you through everything you need to know. If anything is not clear, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Choosing Your House SignWe offer a Bespoke Design Service to suit your individual requirements. If there is something special you require then please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote.

After choosing your sign from our Showroom, you can order it by either of these methods:
1. Online from this website.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Order securely by credit or debit card in £ Sterling through our secure online PAYPAL shopping cart in our showroom.
Click on our Showroom to view details of our standard House Number Signs.
Fill your shopping basket as you browse by clicking on the items you wish to buy.
After making your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for your delivery and payment details in order to complete the transaction.
PAYPAL provides a secure online payment service and is the world's premier secure e-mail payment partner. It is used by millions of people worldwide to pay for goods and services securely.
If you prefer, we can send you a PAYPAL payment request. Simply contact us by email giving us details of your order.
2. If you are uncomfortable buying online, please download our Order Form, fill in the necessary details and post it back to us with payment. This is in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access this. Go to Adobe.com and download free Adobe Acrobat software.
If you prefer, you can contact us directly to place your order. Either email or telephone on 01651 872999 us to place your order, then send us payment by cheque.

2. All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling.
3. All prices shown include Postage and Packaging to all destinations within mainland UK. If you wish to collect the items, we offer a reduced price.
4. Postage and Packaging to all other destinations worldwide will be calculated on a case by case basis and use a secure shipping method with insurance.
5. Deliveries to Non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of goods. The recipient will be liable for these duties.
6. If paying by Cheque please make payable to "Poseidon Design".
1. All of our signs and gifts are made to the highest of standards using only the best quality materials.
2. Any marking in the materials are natural, and is not considered to be unusual but unique.
3. Due to the natural materials used, colour variations may occur.
4. All sizes quoted are approximate.
5. All our Standard House Number Signs weight approximately 3.5kg when packaged.
1. We use various shipping methods depending on the destination:
UK Mainland - Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service offers insurance against loss or damage up to the value of £500.
EU Countries - Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery. Takes around 3-5 working days depending on the destination Country. The package will require a signature.
North America & Canada - Royal Mail Recorded Small Packet Air Mail. Takes around 6-7 working days to arrive at destinations. The package will require a signature.
Other Countries - Shipping is by Royal Mail recorded small packet air mail and takes from 6 - 14 days to arrive at destination countries. The package will require a signature.
2. Please make sure we have the full name and address, including postcode of the recipient and include daytime telephone number.
3. Please make sure that should no one be at the delivery address, a specified place to leave the goods has been stated. Poseidon Design cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are refused by the recipient, or where the carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect addressing.
4. We are unable to accept responsibility for the actions of our carriers.
As each sign is made individually, please allow 28 days for delivery.

1. Goods produced to your specifications may not be returned unless faulty.
2. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you obtain insurance and proof of posting.
3. All claims for breakage must be brought to our attention in writing or by telephone within three days of receipt of goods.
4. In the event of non-arrival please contact us within 28 days of the expected delivery date quoting your reference number.
